There are not too many things on this earth that bother Irate anymore, but I have to admit that the utter savagery and horrendous brutality of this crime for some reason haunts me.  If you have heard about this crime and have followed it you are part of the elite.  Our national news media did a wonderful job in covering this up.  They avoided this story like the plague because in our new hope and change country it obviously is not politically correct to report black on white crime.

But I can assure you unequivocally had five white people committed an atrocity of this magnitude it would have been national news for a month.  You would not have been able to dig a hole deep enough to get away from the barrage of liberal condemnation, demands of hate crime charges and cries of racism to the heavens by the race baiting ilk such as Al Sharpscoon and Jesse Jackscoon.  The national news media would have dissected this story down to the last neuron.

Only the Knoxville News Sentinel and other local news agencies have given this story the priority and importance it deserves.  And bless their heart they have done an excellent job.  I commend them.  There have been numerous blogs that have reported and updated this story such as Michelle Malkin, Sullivan County and many others too numerous to mention.  But thanks to all of them for their tenacity.

This Killings Of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom

On Saturday January 6, 2007 Hugh Christopher Newsom, age 23 and Channon Gail Christian, age 21, both students at the University of Tennessee went out on a date. They were driving in Channon’s Toyota 4-Runner when they were carjacked at gunpoint. Chris and Channon were kidnapped and driven to 2316 Chipman Street where they were forced into the home at gunpoint. While Channon was forced to watch, her boyfriend was sodomized prison style an attack which also included the use of an object and then his penis was cut off. He was bound and gagged and driven to nearby railroad tracks where he was shot three times, with the fatal shot an execution-style contact wound to the head.  Gasoline was then poured over his body and then set afire.

The following quotes taken from testimony given by Venessa Williams, one of the five suspects in the murders.

She also told investigators she saw ‘Slim’ and ‘G’ leave for 30 minutes after bringing the girl into the house.

When the two men returned, Coleman said “they had blood on their clothes.”

The defendant says her boyfriend, Cobbins, did give here some details on Newsom’s murder. “Rome had told me that they had wrapped the guy up and burned him,” Coleman said. Then she said George Thomas admitted to killing Newsom. “When we got back to Kentucky on Tuesday, he was upstairs and he said that he shouldn’t have shot that guy,” Coleman said.

But Channon’s hell on earth was just beginning. She was beaten; gang raped repeatedly, orally, vaginally and anally for four days.  She received blows to the head that caused extensive bruising of the brain, grabs to her arms, extensive injuries in the genital region and her mouth, including the tearing of the membrane that connected Christian’s lips to her gums. Later she had one of her breasts cut off and bleach or drain cleaner poured down her throat in an effort to destroy DNA evidence of oral rape-all while she was still alive. To add to Channon’s degradation the suspects took turns urinating on her.

Christian’s death came only after hours of sexual torture, medical examiner Mileusnic-Polchan testified. Christian suffered horrific injuries to her vagina, anus and mouth. She was not only raped but savaged with “an object,” possibly a broken chair leg, the doctor testified. She was beaten in the head. Some type of chemical was poured down her throat, and her body, including her bleeding and battered genital area, likely scrubbed with the same solution - all while Christian was alive, the forensic expert said. She was then “hog-tied,” with curtains and strips of bedding, her face covered tightly with a small trash bag and her body stashed inside five large trash bags before being placed inside a large trash can and covered with sheets. Christian died slowly, suffocating, the medical examiner said.

The following quotes were taken from testimony given by Vanessa Williams one of the five suspects in the murders.

Lemaricus Davidson kept Channon quiet during her rape by telling her she’d live if she complied. He lied.

It was Sunday afternoon when Coleman told officers she witnessed Davidson or ‘Slim’ kill Christian. “When I walk back I see Lemaricus snapping her neck,” Coleman told police.

“I heard a fall, it was her that fell and he [Davidson] started yelling at me to come here… come here…come here. And I was like,’what, and he was like, check her pulse to see if she’s alive, I can’t tell,” Coleman told investigators. “He got mad at me and started yelling, telling me to get out… get out, shut up and don’t say anything. After that he had drug her into the living room.”

Davidson stuffed her body in a garbage can while still alive and said he needed “to take out the trash”. Channon died of suffocation.  After a  long night of rape and murder, Vanessa Coleman cooked a “hearty breakfast of sausage, biscuits, oatmeal and eggs” for the three exhausted men.

Your probably wondering why Irate hasn’t referred to these savages as niggers.  In this case even the word nigger is too good for these savages.  The best description I can come up with is failed mutations of nature.

On April 16, 2008, Eric Boyd was found guilty in Federal court of being an accessory to a fatal carjacking and for failing to report the location of a known fugitive. Boyd’s was the first case to go to trial, and he was the only suspect not charged with murder. He was sentenced to the maximum of 18 years in Federal prison. He is currently incarcerated at Beckley FCI.

“In the early morning hours of January 7th, 2007, when Christopher Newsom was about to die and Channon Christian was about to endure one of the most hellacious days anyone could ever endure, that’s when (Boyd) knew they were the victims of a violent carjacking. What did he do for the next three days? Kept his mouth shut and then did everything he could to help Lemaricus Davidson.”

On August 25, 2009, Letalvis D. Cobbins was found guilty of the murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. Cobbins faced the possibility of the death penalty because he was convicted of first degree felony murder in the murder of Christian. He was found guilty of facilitation of murder for Newsom but he was acquitted of Newsom’s rape. The jurors worked about 10 hours Monday and on Tuesday morning before reaching a verdict. They never asked Judge Richard Baumgartner any questions during their deliberations. On August 26, Cobbins was sentenced to life without parole.
The pain was evident on the faces of Hugh and Mary Newsom and Gary and Deena Christian.

They feel the jury, driven over from Nashville, was unable to deliver the proper sentence in the deaths of their children.

The jury delivered a sentence of life imprisonment without parole Wednesday night, after finding Letalvis Cobbins guilty of the first degree murder of Channon Christian.

Jurors found Cobbins guilty of facilitation of the death of Chris Newsom and thus could not consider the death penalty for Newsom’s death.

On October 28, 2009, Lemaricus Devall Davidson was found guilty on all counts. He was found not guilty on three counts of the aggravated rape of Christopher Newsom but was found guilty of the lesser included charges of facilitation of rape. The sentencing hearing began on October 29, 2009 at 9am EST. The sentence hearing ended the next day October 30, 2009 at approx 3pm EST when a jury, after deliberating approx 3 hours, sentenced Lemaricus Davidson to death on 4 of the conviction counts.
“The people of Knox County are the ones who took care of our kids today,” said Deena Christian, mother of Channon Christian.

“We finally have the justice our kids deserve,” said Mary Newsom, mother of Chris Newsom.

On December 8, 2009, George Thomas was found guilty on all counts, including the ones the other defendants were acquitted of despite his case being based solely on circumstantial evidence and testimony. The sentencing hearing began December 8th, 2009 and ended on December 10th, 2009 at approx 10:45 am EST when the jury, after approx 3 hours of deliberation, returned a sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole on each of the 4 capital convictions.

Although the state had the least amount of direct evidence linking Thomas to the crimes, the Chattanooga jury found Thomas guilty on more of the serious charges than Lemaricus Davidson and Letalvis Cobbins.

Investigators found Davidson’s and Cobbins’ DNA on Christian’s body and her clothes.  Davidson’s fingerprints were also found in Christian’s SUV and on 3 of the 5 trashbags used to wrap her body.

Vanessa Coleman, 18, was arrested by the Lebanon Police Department in Lebanon, Kentucky. She faces 40 Tennessee state charges. Coleman was indicted on 12 counts of felony murder growing out of the rape, robbery, kidnapping, and theft of Christian and Newsom, 1 count of premeditated murder (of Christian only), 1 count of especially aggravated robbery (of Newsom only), 4 counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, 20 counts of aggravated rape, and 2 counts of theft.

As of the writing of this article she has not been brought to trial.

I know that Channon and Christopher are in a much better place now. Their young lives senselessly cut short by these mutations of nature. I pray for their souls and pray for their parents who have endured so much pain. I also pray that someday each and everyone of these mutants will pay for what they have done. I pray they all burn in hell for eternity.

I’m going to give you the good news first.  The vile feral cop killing animal Maurice Clemmons is dead.  He was shot and killed by a police officer in south Seattle this morning at 2:40 AM, after a confrontation with police officers.  I’m sorry but you will find no more good news in this post.  You will however, find the time line of a career criminal and the total breakdown of our impotent justice system.

At this very moment this animal should be servicing his cell mate “Bubba”, not lying on the slab at the Coroners office.  If justice would have been meted out and served in the way it should have been, we would not be mourning the deaths of four innocent white police officers whose only crime was sitting in a coffee shop, and I would not be writing this.

These four officers would be home with their families but instead were gunned down in a senseless premeditated cold blooded act of murder and racial hatred that no doubt will be condoned, embraced and celebrated by the black community.  Mark my words folks, it is only a matter of time before he is elevated to the status of a hero and a God.

Here are just some of the highlights of this animals history and rap sheet.

* Sentenced to 5 years for robbery in Pulaski County, Aug. 3, 1989.

* Sentenced to 8 years for burglary, theft and probation revocation in Pulaski County, Sept. 9, 1989

* Sentenced to an indeterminate amount for aggravated robbery and theft in Pulaski County, Nov. 15, 1989

* Sentenced to 20 years each for burglary and theft of property in Pulaski County, Feb. 23, 1990.

* Sentenced to 6 years for firearm possession in Pulaski County, Nov. 19, 1990.

Tyler said some sentences were concurrent and some consecutive. But the total effect of all these sentences was a sentence of 108 years.

On May 3, 2000, Gov. Mike Huckabee commuted Clemmons’ sentence to 47 years, 5 months and 19 days, which made him eligible for parole that day. The Parole Board granted his parole July 13, 2000. He was released Aug. 1, 2000.

Clemmons then returned to prison for a July 13, 2001 conviction for robbery in Ouachita County, for which he received a 10-year sentence. He was paroled March 18, 2004.

Tyler said Clemmons wouldn’t fully discharge his paroled sentence until Sept. 19, 2021.

Clemmons had been in jail in Pierce County for the past several months on a pending charge of second-degree rape of a child. He was released from custody just six days ago, even though was staring at seven additional felony charges in Washington state.

Clemmons posted $15,000 with a Chehalis company called Jail Sucks Bail Bonds. The bondsman, in turn, put up $150,000, securing Clemmons’ release on the pending child-rape charge.

In another instance, Clemmons was accused of gathering his wife and young relatives around at 3 or 4 in the morning and having them all undress. He told them that families need to “be naked for at least 5 minutes on Sunday,” a Pierce County sheriff’s report says.

“The whole time Clemmons kept saying things like trust him, the world is going to end soon, and that he was Jesus,” the report says.

As part of the child-rape investigation, the sheriff’s office interviewed Clemmons’ sister in May. She told them that “Maurice is not in his right mind and did not know how he could react when contacted by Law Enforcement,” a sheriff’s report says.

“She stated that he was saying that the secret service was coming to get him because he had written a letter to the President. She stated his behavior has become unpredictable and erratic. She suspects he is having a mental breakdown,” the report says.

It has been reported that on the night before the shootings, Clemmons bragged he was going to kill police. This was not reported until after the coffee shop shootings.

A task force comprised of the Denver Police, FBI and the Denver District Attorney’s Office investigated 26 incidents in which groups of black males verbally harassed and then assaulted white or Hispanic males, according to Denver Police Chief Gerry Whitman.

Many of the victims were robbed after being assaulted.”

The warning should have read, “The Denver Police would like to warn non-black males that black single males are targeting them for violence and robbery.”  But they couldn’t do that because it would be politically incorrect, although it would have been the truth.  And you will not convince me that the Denver Police did not know who was perpetrating these attacks.  I ain’t buying it, I didn’t just drop off the potato truck.  They knew and rather than risk insulting these animals or being accused of profiling by the liberal left, they opted to endanger thousands of peoples lives in order to cover the truth and be politically correct.

I’m sure you have noticed that it is becoming increasingly difficult if not impossible to read or watch the news and be able to ascertain the ethnicity of the perpetrator.  This has never ceased to amaze me.  At the end of a crime report on TV one of the last statements is “The police need your help in locating the suspect.  He is described as a 20 year old male approximately 6′-0″ tall wearing a black hoody.”  WTF!  Is he white, black, yellow, purple or polka dotted??  How in the hell am I supposed to help you find someone when I have no idea what I’m looking for?   Unbelievable, but politically correct.

The disgusting truth from the Baltimore Sun

Less than a year ago, a beautiful and wonderful citizen by all accounts, Aysha Ring, was viciously murdered by a vile nigger savage David Briggs - stabbed to death while standing in line at a convenience store. The nigger has been found not criminally responsible and is committed to the Clifton T. Perkins Hospital Center in Jessup. He will serve no jail time and will be re-evaluated in a year for possible release, although prosecutor S. Ann Brobst told this writer that her office will ensure that does not occur.

According to the Maryland Annotated Code, a defendant may be found “not criminally responsible” if, due to a mental disorder, a preponderance of the evidence indicates that he or she cannot “appreciate the criminality” of his or her conduct or “conform [his or her] conduct to the requirements of the law.”

In other words, a defendant would not be criminally responsible if the accused didn’t know what was done was wrong or if it appeared beyond his or her control. Neither appears to be the case in the killing of Ms. Ring.

Did the killer appreciate the criminality of what he did? Indisputably. He immediately fled the crime scene, got rid of his weapon and got rid of his clothes.

Did he have control over what he did? Again, it would seem hard to dispute. He singled out the only white woman in the store, and in conversations with investigators, Mr. Briggs indicated that he may have been motivated by that fact.

The assessment of evidence for Mr. Briggs was conducted as a drunk uses a lamp post: for support, not illumination. Information was cherry-picked by state psychiatrists to establish the fiction that Mr. Briggs was not criminally responsible, or as Mike Ring, Aysha’s father, wrote in his statement to the court, “the assessment appears to have drawn on only those select pieces of information from the investigation which reflected credence to their collected finding.” Specifically regarding the factor of race, Mr. Ring wrote in that statement, “Had the ethnic roles been reversed, the public and political outcry would have been overwhelming, assuring a vastly different judgment for the killer.”

There was little local coverage of the outcome of this atrocity, save, to my knowledge, for a mention by The Baltimore Sun and a segment on WJZ Television, put together by reporter Jessica Kartalija. The lack of media attention and public outrage leaves people like the Rev. John Swope, a co-worker of Ms. Ring, incredulous. It was, Father Swope observes, “not the type of justice we expected.”

For Mr. Ring, a career counterterrorism professional, his outrage at the “not criminally responsible” decision is unambiguous - and eminently reasonable.

“This was nothing more than a hate crime,” Mr. Ring wrote. “It nauseates me to know that the state of Maryland has established a precedent based on liberal ideologies … and that its constituents continue to accept political correctness over factual issues.”

Prosecutor Brobst said that the state staff of psychiatrists’ determination of “not criminally responsible” was legally unchallengeable: “The statute,” she said, “does not provide a mechanism to disagree with the finding.”

If the law says that, as Charles Dickens‘ Mr. Bumble once observed, then “the law is an ass.” How long will Maryland citizens accept with equanimity such arbitrary, psychiatric exculpation for murderers of their finest citizens?

WTF Are We Apologizing For?

The Senate passed a resolution on Thursday calling on the United States to apologize officially for the enslavement and segregation of millions of niggers and to acknowledge “the fundamental injustice, brutality and inhumanity of slavery and Jim Crow laws.”
The resolution, sponsored by Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, passed on a voice vote. It now moves to the House, where it may meet an unlikely foe: members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Iowa Demonrat Tom Harkin, nigger lover, race traitor and obongo ass kisser first introduced the measure years ago but wanted it passed Thursday on the eve of Juneteenth—a day of celebration commemorating the end of the Civil War and the release of African Americans from slavery. He said the House is to take it up soon and that a formal celebration will be held next month in the Capitol Rotunda.

I wanted all of you to see what the nigger loving I’ll sell my own mother for a vote Senators who submitted this resolution look like. So I have included their race traitoring mugs here.

I don’t know what you you folks  have been taught over the years, but I was taught to never apologize for anything you did not do.  If I was wrong, I was taught to apologize like a man and accept my responsibilty.  So what kind of responsibility are we accepting here?  Have any of you ever owned a slave?  Have any of you niggers ever been a slave?  The answer to both questions is a resounding no.

The resolution, sponsored by Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, passed on a voice vote. It now moves to the House, where it may meet an unlikely foe: members of the Congressional Black Caucus.

Several caucus members expressed concerns about a disclaimer that states that “nothing in this resolution authorizes or supports any claim against the United States; or serves as a settlement of any claim against the United States.” Those caucus members say the disclaimer is an attempt to stave off reparations claims from the descendants of slaves.

Hold on to your asses folks, it is just a matter of time until they push through a bill to give all of the sniveling whining niggers reparations. The way are government is being run now with the libtard idiots such as Nancy Pelosi, there is no doubt in my mind.

Obviously, Obongo does not understand foreign relations anymore than he understands economics, and he certainly does not grasp the concept of the word enemy.  This article discusses Obongo’s plan to reach out to, and extend the olive branch to the “moderate Taliban”.  Those with even minimal reasoning ability know that there is no such thing as “moderate Taliban”.  It’s like being a little bit pregnant, there is no such thing.  You either are or your not. Very simple.

Obongo needs to come to the realization before it is too late that you can not negotiate or talk with people who do not desire to be negotiated with.  These savages are the enemy of the United States and their sole purpose in life is to orchestrate the down fall and destruction of this Country and Western Civilization as we know it by whatever means necessary in the name of religion, period.

I think the following tale should be prerequisite reading for anyone contemplating negotiating with the Taliban.

The Little Boy and The Rattlesnake

The little boy was walking down a path and he came across a rattlesnake. The rattlesnake was getting old. He asked, “Please little boy, can you take me to the top of the mountain? I hope to see the sunset one last time before I die.” The little boy answered “No Mr. Rattlesnake. If I pick you up, you’ll bite me and I’ll die.” The rattlesnake said, “No, I promise. I won’t bite you. Just please take me up to the mountain.” The little boy thought about it and finally picked up that rattlesnake and took it close to his chest and carried it up to the top of the mountain.

They sat there and watched the sunset together. It was so beautiful. Then after sunset the rattlesnake turned to the little boy and asked, “Can I go home now? I am tired, and I am old.” The little boy picked up the rattlesnake and again took it to his chest and held it tightly and safely. He came all the way down the mountain holding the snake carefully and took it to his home to give him some food and a place to sleep. The next day the rattlesnake turned to the boy and asked, “Please little boy, will you take me back to my home now? It is time for me to leave this world, and I would like to be at my home now.” The little boy felt he had been safe all this time and the snake had kept his word, so he would take it home as asked.

He carefully picked up the snake, took it close to his chest, and carried him back to the woods, to his home to die. Just before he laid the rattlesnake down, the rattlesnake turned and bit him in the chest. The little boy cried out and threw the snake upon the ground. “Mr. Snake, why did you do that? Now I will surely die!” The rattlesnake looked up at him and grinned, “You knew what I was when you picked me up.”

The best outcome Obongo can hope for during the negotiations is that the Taliban will show him more mercy than they have shown others, by generously lubricating the Olive Branch before they stuff it up his ass.

Unfortunately over the past few weeks, I have subjected myself to reading countless articles written by the liberal, Kool-Aid guzzling “Obongotrons” with their feeble attempts to justifiy Obongo’s Stimulus Plan. But I must admit that this article had yours truly batting his eyes like a frog in a hailstorm.  The only way this person could be any dumber is if she were cloned.  It appears that Michelle Singeltary, a WaPo Personal Finance Consultant (and now self proclaimed Pathologist) has discovered a new disease called “WAM Syndrome” or “What About Me”.              

If you’re susceptible to WAM Syndrome, the cure is to be thankful for what you have and to have compassion for those who are hurting. Think of all the personal agony or broken marriages or stress that accompanies the threat of foreclosure.

Obama called on us all to make the concerns of others our cause.

“If you haven’t been personally affected by this recession, you probably know someone who has — a friend, a neighbor, a member of your family,” Obama said during his speech.

Okay, so you’re not getting bailed out. But the reward for doing right when others didn’t is that you’re living better than they are. So stop whining.

It appears that Ms. Singeltary is suffering from another more serious and more frequently occurring disease among Obongotrons called “TS” or “Terminal Stupidity”.  And the worse thing about TS is there is no known cure.

The reason I live better than these people is because I like millions of other Americans have busted our asses everyday for years in order to afford the things we now enjoy.  We lived the American dream the way it was intended, by hard work.  Nobody ever handed us anything, and we bought our houses the old fashioned way, we bought the one that we could afford to pay for.

It needs to be remembered that the housing crisis, which began the crash of 2009 was caused largely by millions of subprime mortgages that government regulators forced banks to make to blacks who had no job and spent the day sitting on their ass eating watermelon and selling crack on the local street corner, and the Mexican horde who slithered into this Country illegally to hold out their hand for their share of the something they do not deserve nor have earned.  All of this done in the name of Affirmative Action and “diversity in housing.” This was done on Bill Clintoon’s watch while he was dipping his cigars in the Monica Lewinsky humidor.

It doesn’t take a Phd in Economics to figure out you can’t afford a $225,000 house earning minimum wage frying drum sticks at the local KFC.  No I have zero sympathy for the idiots who did this.  The banks and the home owners need to suffer the consequences of their stupidity.  Call it whining or whatever you like.  I would call it something different, being responsible.

As the Chairman of the New York Post, I am ultimately responsible for what is printed in its pages. The buck stops with me.

Last week, we made a mistake. We ran a cartoon that offended many people. Today I want to personally apologize to any reader who felt offended, and even insulted.

Over the past couple of days, I have spoken to a number of people and I now better understand the hurt this cartoon has caused. At the same time, I have had conversations with Post editors about the situation and I can assure you - without a doubt - that the only intent of that cartoon was to mock a badly written piece of legislation. It was not meant to be racist, but unfortunately, it was interpreted by many as such.

We all hold the readers of the New York Post in high regard and I promise you that we will seek to be more attuned to the sensitivities of our community.

Well so much for standing up for what you believe and protecting free speech. Maybe Rupert should adopt the policy of the Washington Post and apologize pre-emptively as they did for this cartoon.

The headline, illustration and text of “Below the Beltway,” a column in The Washington Post Magazine today, may cause offense to readers. The magazine was printed before a widely publicized incident last week in which a chimpanzee attacked and badly mauled a woman in Stamford, Conn. In addition, the image and text inadvertently may conjure racial stereotypes that The Post does not countenance. We regret the lapse.

Michelle Malkin explains that this was “an illustration accompanying a humor column by Gene Weingarten titled ‘Monkey Business’ about a study that reported on how women were aroused at the sight of bonobo apes mating.”

I am ashamed for them.
