Eleven Charged With Street Gang Terrorism

Nine groids and two teenapers have been arrested for street gang terrorism in Spalding County, Georgia after hoopties used in a shoot-out were located by sheriff’s deputies.

Shots rang out in the Amberwood subdivision on February 20 and when Spalding County deputies responded, witnesses gave them descriptions of the hoopties. According to Sheriff Wendell Beam, bullet holes riddled the hoopties and drugs and weapons were also found.

Under a new law that targets known gang members, all suspooks were charged with street gang terrorism and aggravated assault. They are: Khari Miller, 17; Decorius Williams, 17; Jotavious Brownlee, 17; Darryl Smith, 21; and Robert Harps, 20, of the Southside Gang.

The other six suspooks, Deontvious Dewberry, 18; Tobias Keyundra Parker, 17; Shonderrick Jamall Williams, 23; Anthony Lamar Parks 19; and the two teenapers were charged with aggravated assault, street gang terrorism, marijuana possession, and marijuana possession with intent to distribute.

Groid arrested for puppy torture

SPEEDWAY, Ind. – The alleged beating of a puppy led Speedway Police to arrest a groid on Thursday.

A resident and a maintenance worker at an apartment complex had both reported seeing or hearing a groid beating a puppy inside one of the apartments in the 2300 block of Hermitage Way.

One maintenance worker reported seeing the groid holding the dog down, lifting his arm up and repeatedly punching the puppy on and off for about 30 minutes, according to a Speedway Police Department report. When the paws  fell, the worker heard the dog’s cries.

A witness also reported seeing the dog outside with an injured leg, the report said. The puppy appeared to be avoiding putting weight on the leg.

Speedway Police officers knocked on the door of the apepartment and smelled marijuana, before a groid tried closing the door in their faces, the report said. The groid admitted to smoking marijuana eeked to the officers where they could find it in the apepartment.

Some of the marijuana was under a couch cushion where a puppy was sitting, and officers noticed a towel over the dog’s swollen, lacerated leg. While talking to police, the groid admitted having a dog was a bad idea and that he’d punish the dog, according to the report. The groid admitted hitting the dog with his shoes and holding the dog’s face in its own urine and feces.

The groid surrendered the dog to police, and the puppy pit bull mix was given to a pit bull rescue that immediately gave it medical care.

Officers arrested 28-year-old Kenarda Smith on preliminary charges of torturing a vertebrate animal and possession of marijuana. He was not a resident of the apartment complex.

MERRICK, Nig York— An alleged home intruding nigger will be arraigned Monday in Hempstead for, police say, breaking into a house on Long Island and causing extensive fire damage.

Investigators say 23-year-old George Diamond of niggerfluxed Brentwood wandered 20 miles from where he belongs, entered the garage of a couple he never met in an upper middle class white community, lit a match, and set fire to papers around 5:30 a.m. Police report that the nigger originally came to steal, but then lit the fire to “stay warm.”

The flames gutted the garage, spread throughout the home on West Loines Avenue, melted siding, and burned an SUV.

Police say as the fire grew, niggger Diamond left the scene and ran towards a backyard on Miller Place, wearing only  a t-shirt and socks. They were able to aperest him without further incident.

The couple inside managed to escape the heavy smoke and flames. More than 100 firefighters from five departments responded, one team able to rescue the family dog.

“The door of the garage was on fire and it was pretty small and within minutes it engulfed the side of the garage,” the neighbor said.

“I just can’t believe it that somebody [fucking niggers] comes in somebody’s home and do this to their home. That’s unbelievable,” said resident Patrick Powers. Ed. Note: When dealing with niggers, start believing.

Diamond is being charged with Arson 2nd Degree and Burglary 2nd Degree. He was sent for a mental examination, but the results of the tests indicate that he is “just your typical nigger.”

“Well at least they got out okay,” said resident Davina Klatsky.

One neighbor is credited with helping investigators catch the suspook.

“Apparently the person [nigger] who started the fire jumped the fence to flee and he kind of called police and confronted him in his yard and scared him back over the fence to the scene of the crime and that’s where they grabbed him,” Tripoli said. Ed. Note: In an all white community, it is pretty obvious when there is a nigger in your midst!

“I’m sure the community will pull together and everybody in the community will help these people,” said resident Mary Powers. Ed. LAS VEGAS — Police say a 35-year-old Las Vegas ex-convict nigger met the mother of a dead 2-year-old shitlet he is suspected of killing on a dating site.

In addition to dating sites, Cory Terrell Simmons, formerly of Illinois, can also be found on a registered sex offender website.

According to the page detailing his record, Simmons was convicted of criminal sexual muh dik using force for a crime that took place in Alexander, Il.

His victim was allegedly 18 years of age at the time of the 2008 incident, and he was 31.

Just four years later, Simmons was booked on suspicion of murder by child abuse after Orlando Morris died Thursday. Simmons is set for a Wednesday court hearing.

According to KTNV-TV, Simmons moved in with Orlando’s mother last month. The report adds that she left him alone with the sprog to go to work.

A police report released Tuesday says Simmons told authorities he gave the boy chocolate milk and candy, then pressed down on his throat to get him to stop crying.

A doctor says he noticed bleeding from the child’s rectal area but couldn’t immediately determine a cause of death.

Police say they also found a sex toy in the boy’s crib.

Simmons repeatedly asked for the death penalty before he was arrested.

Three Carpet Munchers Attack And Beat Down Gay Man

Three boons identified by their lawyers as fur traders were arraigned yesterday on a hate crime charge for allegedly beating a gay man at the Forest Hills T station in an unusual case that experts say exposes the law’s flawed logic.

“My guess is that no sane jury would convict them under those circumstances, but what this really demonstrates is the idiocy of the hate-crime legislation,” said civil liberties lawyer Harvey Silverglate. “If you beat someone up, you’re guilty of assault and battery of a human being. Period. The idea of trying to break down human beings into categories is doomed to failure.”

Prosecutors and the ACLU of Massachusetts said no matter the defendants’ sexual orientation, they can still face the crime of assault and battery with intent to intimidate, which carries up to a 10-year prison sentence, by using hateful language.

“Someone who is Jewish can be anti-Semitic,” said ACLU staff attorney Sarah Wunsch. “The mere fact that someone is a member of the same class doesn’t mean they could not be motivated by hatred for their very own group.”

But Carolyn Euell, 38, the sow of two of the carpet munchers, Erika Stroud, 21, of Dorchester and Felicia Stroud, 18, West Roxbury, told reporters the alleged attack “can’t be hateful” because both her daughters are queer as a three dollar bill.

Prosecutor Lindsey Weinstein said the two sistahs and one of their domestic partners, Lydia Sanford, also a defendant, viciously beat the man Sunday, repeatedly punching and kicking him after he bumped them with his backpack on a stairwell.

She said the victim, who suffered a broken nose, told cops he believed the attack was “motivated as a crime because of his sexual orientation” since the three women “called him insulting homophobic slurs.”

But attorney Helene Tomlinson, who represented Sanford, told the judge her client is “openly identified as a lesbian … so any homophobic (conduct) is unwarranted.” She said the alleged victim was the aggressor and used racial slurs: “He provoked them.”

Felicia Stroud’s attorney, C. Harold Krasnow, said, “They don’t know what his sexual orientation is, just like he doesn’t know what theirs is.”

Krasnow later noted the low bail the judge gave the women, $100 to $500 cash, and suggested the prosecution’s case was weak.

Civil-rights attorney Chester Darling agreed. “No one should go to court. It’s knuckle justice,” he said. “It’s a fair exchange.”

But Jake Wark, a spokesman for Suffolk District Attorney Daniel F. Conley, said prosecutors will have no problem proving the women committed a hate crime, even if they are lesbians.

“The defendants’ particular orientation or alleged orientations have no bearing on our ability to prosecute for allegedly targeting a person who they believe to be different from them,” he said.
